What type of wide format printing services does TGI offer?

What material can TGI print on?
The variety of printers we have allows us to print on nearly any material you can imagine: vinyl, mesh, wood, metal, paper, acrylic, fabric, plastics, and much more!

What is the maximum size TGI can print?
Sizes vary due to the width of the material you choose. Our printers can accommodate roll widths of up to 126”. The print area is usually 1” less on each side of the material being printed.

I’m concerned about fading, what has your experience been?
Most of our equipment prints with fade resistant inks. Some inks and substrates are better suited for outside. Like everything else, our products will eventually fade due to sunlight and the colors may lose their vibrancy over time. However, fading is a very slow process and you may not notice color change for years. A typical outside graphic can last up to 2 years before fading. You can expect inside graphics to last 7 years or more if not in direct sunlight.

What options do I have for wall murals?
Depending on your project needs, you can use custom wallpaper, PSA vinyl, or Photo Tex material. Here is how they differ…

Custom Wallpaper is best suited for a permanent solution in corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, bars, hospitals, and retail locations. Most custom wallpapers tend to have an overall greater cost versus PSA Vinyl projects but the finished product gives a high-end look. Wallpaper solutions work best if applied to a smooth surface and frequently require professional installation.

PSA Vinyl (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) is sometimes a more affordable option to custom wallpaper. Most PSA Vinyl comes with an over-laminate that protects it from fingerprints and smudges consistent in high traffic areas. PSA Vinyl can be applied on smooth or textured surfaces and requires professional installation.

Photo Tex is a peel and stick adhesive fabric that is super simple to install, and can be removed and reused multiple times without damaging the surface. Photo Tex won’t shrink, curl, rip, or wrinkle. This is a great option for your elevator doors, events, indoor walls,
and cubicles.

What is your average turn time for a project?
Our average turn time for a project is 1-3 business days. Large projects may contain more variables and turn times will be estimated with your quote.
