The President, Jack Glacken, has dedicated his entire career to working in the Graphic Arts. One of the first employees at Today’s Graphics, Jack worked his way through the company starting as an overnight proofreader, moving into account service, then stepping up to take the reins as President in 1983. Rick and Scott Elfreth, Executive Vice Presidents, started their careers in the print industry, founding Master Press in 1989. Rick headed up the client service side, forming strong relationships with several of the area’s leading companies. Scott managed the operations, delivering quality in record turn around times. When Master Press merged with Today’s Graphics in 1994, Rick and Scott’s print expertise allowed TGI to transition into the burgeoning digital print market.
In the client service department TGI’s Account Executives team up to work in tandem with internal Project Coordinators to manage the production of each job from concept to delivery. Our service teams are among the most knowledgeable in the industry, the account executives have an average of 15 years experience, the project managers have an average of 8 years of industry experience.
The Production Department is structured to enforce the highest quality standards and foster pride in one’s work. TGI’s four production managers have over 80 years experience collectively, each with training and expertise specific to their department. Our production staff is one the most proficient in the digital printing industry. This expertise has made TGI a go-to resource for trouble shooting software or production issues.
In addition to practical experience the company is dedicated to continuous education. Account Executives, Project Coordinators and Production Technicians regularly attend training sessions to stay up to date on the latest technology and trends.
